1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern attendance at, and participation in, all events organized, hosted, sponsored, or marketed by Experior Financial Group Inc. (“Experior,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), regardless of the format, theme, or location of the event (each, an “Event”). This Agreement applies at the Event venue for the full duration of the specified Event dates and hours, and to any related pre- or post-Event activities organized by Experior.
By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending an Event, each individual (“Attendee,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with any policies referenced herein. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2. Ticket Purchases and Sales
- All ticket sales are final. Except as expressly set out in Section 8 (Ticket Transfers) of this Agreement, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellation by the Attendee, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with the Event.
- Tickets may be transferred to another eligible individual only in accordance with the transfer procedure set out in Section 8 of this Agreement.
- Any individual who purchases a ticket on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a person under the age of seventeen (17) thereby agrees to be bound by, and to ensure compliance with, the Minors and Child Attendance Policy set out in Section 9 of this Agreement.
3. Entry Requirements
- Attendees must present a valid ticket bearing their name, together with acceptable government-issued or other identification if requested, to gain entry to an Event.
- Experior reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or revoke entry to any individual who has violated, or whom Experior reasonably believes will violate, any provision of this Agreement, without liability or refund.
4. Code of Conduct
- Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and responsible manner at all times while attending an Event.
- Harassment, discrimination, threatening conduct, or any other disruptive or unlawful behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Experior reserves the right to remove, without refund or compensation, any Attendee who breaches this Code of Conduct or otherwise engages in conduct that Experior determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate or harmful to the safety or experience of other Attendees, staff, or venue personnel.
5. Food and Beverage
- Outside food and beverages may not be brought into Experior Event venues, except where required for medical or dietary accommodation and pre-approved by Experior.
- Alcohol brought from outside the venue is strictly prohibited. Where alcohol is served as part of an Event, it will be served and regulated in accordance with applicable law and venue policy.
6. Photography, Video, and Publicity
Photography and video recording may take place at Experior Events. By attending an Event, you acknowledge and consent that your image, voice, and likeness may be captured in photographs, video, and audio recordings, and you grant Experior an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and publish such recordings for promotional, marketing, archival, and business purposes, in any medium now known or hereafter developed, including Experior’s website, social media channels, marketing materials, and press releases, without further notice or compensation to you.
7. Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Information
In connection with ticket purchase, registration, and attendance, Experior collects personal information that you or your representative provides through registration forms, surveys, or other Event-related communications. This may include, without limitation, your name, contact details, city or region of residence, agent-related information such as title or role, and, where applicable, information about accompanying minors, as well as any other information requested by Experior from time to time in connection with the Event. This information is used to administer and deliver the Event, collaborate with our product and carrier partners on relevant offerings, communicate with Attendees, ensure venue safety, and for Experior’s other legitimate business purposes.
You acknowledge and agree that Experior may share your personal information with the following parties as reasonably necessary to organize, deliver, and support the Event:
- Insurance carriers and other carrier partners of Experior, including for purposes related to licensing, compliance, sponsorship, or Event-related communications;
- Third-party vendors, sponsors, and business partners engaged to support the Event, such as venues, caterers, technology providers, and registration platforms; and
- Regulators, insurers, or law enforcement where required by law or necessary to protect the safety of Attendees, staff, or the public.
Experior will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and any applicable provincial or state equivalents. Experior does not sell personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. Questions regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information may be directed to Experior using the contact information in Section 13.
8. Ticket Transfer Policy
As tickets are non-refundable, Experior permits ticket transfers to provide Attendees with flexibility. Ticket holders may transfer their ticket to another Experior agent, guest, or prospective agent by logging into their account on the Event registration website and updating the ticket information under the applicable ticket-transfer function.
The ticket holder is solely responsible for (a) ensuring the accuracy of any transfer to the intended recipient, and (b) collecting any agreed-upon funds directly from the recipient. Experior is not responsible for, and assumes no liability in connection with, the transfer of funds between individuals in connection with a ticket transfer. Any discrepancies or issues arising from a transfer must be reported promptly to events@experiorheadoffice.ca.
9. Minors and Child Attendance Policy
Where an Event does not offer a ticket category for children, no individual under the age of eighteen (18) is permitted to attend that Event.
Where an Event permits child attendance, the following conditions apply:
- Each child must be registered online in advance of the Event by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult.
- Children under three (3) years of age may attend at no charge; children three (3) years of age and older require a General Admission ticket or applicable child ticket.
- Children under sixteen (16) years of age must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times during the Event.
- The accompanying parent, guardian, or responsible adult is solely responsible for the child’s behaviour and compliance with this Agreement.
Experior, the Event venue, and any vendors or sponsors involved in the Event assume no responsibility for the supervision or care of any child. By bringing a child to an Event, the accompanying parent, guardian, or responsible adult agrees to be bound by this Minors and Child Attendance Policy.
10. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
Attendance at an Event is voluntary. Each Attendee assumes all risks associated with their participation in, and attendance at, an Event, including risks of personal injury, illness, or property loss or damage, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Experior, its officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, and venue partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with an Attendee’s participation in an Event, except to the extent such liability arises from the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Experior.
11. Health and Safety
Attendees must comply with all health and safety directives issued by Experior and the Event venue, including any directives issued on-site during the Event. Experior reserves the right to implement additional health, safety, or security measures at any time as it considers necessary to protect the wellbeing of Attendees.
12. Force Majeure
Experior will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, pandemic, government action, labour disruption, venue unavailability, or other similar events.

14. Amendments and Governing Law
Experior reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time, with such amendments effective upon posting of the revised Agreement. Continued registration for, or attendance at, an Event following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
This Agreement is governed by, and is to be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an Event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
