Overview
These terms and conditions apply to all events organized and marketed by Experior Financial Group Inc. This includes any event hosted by the company, regardless of the specific nature or theme of the event. The terms and conditions are applicable at the event location during the specified dates and hours of the event. Attendees are expected to comply with these terms throughout the duration of the event.
Ticket Purchases
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- Tickets can be transferrable depending on the event you are attending (please see our refund policy below.)
- Any individual purchasing a ticket for someone under the age of 17 agrees to our bringing children to an Experior event policy (Please see bringing children to an Experior event policy below.)
Entry Requirements
- Attendees must present a valid ticket with their name for entry.
- Entry may be denied by Experior Financial Group Inc. to individuals who violate any part of this agreement.
Code of Conduct
- Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Experior Financial Group Inc. reserves the right to remove attendees who violate the code of conduct without a refund.
Food & Beverage
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed within our event venues.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited inside our event venues.
Photography and Video
- Please review our photography and video policy below.
Liability
- Attendees assume all risk and responsibility associated with their participation in the events.
Health & Safety
- Attendees must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by Experior Financial Group Inc. and the venue.
- The organizer reserves the right to implement additional measures to ensure the well-being of attendees.
Force Majeure
- Experior Financial Group Inc. is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Information and Event Data Sharing
- Event registration lists and ticket sales information is distributed to carriers attending the convention.
